Enrollment Requirements
Students applying to Pre-K I, Pre-K II, and Kindergarten must be 3, 4, or 5 years old respectfully by September 30th of the academic year that the student is to attend school. Please note that Pre-school students have additional forms that must be filled out per state mandate. See front office for those forms. They are also included in the full registration packet which can be downloaded below.
New students are subject to grade-level entrance exam, diagnostic test, and/or pre-screening interview by the Principal. New admits will be conditionally admitted and on probation during their first grading period.
Students are also subject to dismissal during this period for valid academic or disciplinary reasons as determined by the principal.
Darul Arqam North currently has limited resources for students with special needs.
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Immunization
- Annual Physical Health Form
- Social Security Card
- Transfer Records (Report Cards, Transcripts, Standardized Testing Exam Results i.e. STAAR, IOWA, MAP, CAT, SAT, ACT, PSAT, SAT II, etc...
- State issued ID (i.e. Drivers License) for each parent
- Completed Darul Arqam North Application
- Payment of Registration fee
- ACH enrollment form for payment of tuition and annual dues (June/July)
- Financial Acknowledgement Form
- Home Language Survey
- Title Eligibility Form
- Attendance Policy Acknowledgement
